The 3-step ID check is being built. Until it's wired up, the badge goes to nobody — we'd rather show an empty badge than a badge that means nothing.
The creator will have to provide an official photo ID.
The check (ID + selfie) will be handled by a specialized provider. RealOne will keep no biometric data.
The creator will have to prove they control their official Instagram / TikTok account.
